Kylee Rogers is the Vice President and Principal Consultant of Best Practice Quality, where she helps brands build compliant, efficient, and risk-based quality systems. With over a decade of experience auditing facilities in the food, cosmetic, dietary supplement, and OTC industries, she specializes in identifying regulatory gaps and developing practical, sustainable solutions.

Kylee is a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP) through the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and was recognized as one of ASQ’s 40 Under 40 rising stars in the quality profession. She also holds the esteemed designation of Certified Product Safety Professional (CPSP), awarded through ADK and Virginia Tech—demonstrating her advanced expertise in product safety and risk management.

She currently serves as Chair of the ASTM F15.76 Locks and Latches Voluntary Standards Committee, where she leads the development of safety standards for consumer products. Kylee is also the President of Safe Kids Utah, where she advocates for child injury prevention and safety education statewide. In addition, she sits on the Advisory Board for Utah Valley University’s Operations Management Program, supporting curriculum alignment with industry needs.

As a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, Kylee regularly volunteers in her community—training parents, caregivers, and birth support professionals on safe car seat use and installation. This work reflects her broader commitment to hands-on safety advocacy and public education.

Kylee is passionate about making quality and compliance accessible to small and mid-sized businesses. Through Best Practice Quality, she provides services including risk assessments, gap analyses, SOP development, staff training, and third-party auditing—helping clients build strong, compliant quality programs with confidence and clarity.
