- Develop and implement quality management systems and CPSC compliance programs
- Representation as acting Compliance Officer
- Attend ASTM and other industry standards meetings
- Develop risk management plans, risk assessments and determine required regulations and recommended actions to mitigate hazards
- Liaise with testing labs, submit test requests and review test reports
- Liaise with inspection companies, submit product inspection/factory audit requests and review inspection/audit reports
- Generate regulatory reporting documents, recall procedures and plans, as well as assist with recall management
