Natalie is a cosmetic formulation expert with a proven track record in developing a wide range of products, including skincare, haircare, oral care, pet care, and OTC solutions. With a background in chemistry and a Master’s in Biological Chemical Engineering, she brings a scientific yet consumer-centric approach to product innovation—crafting formulas that prioritize safety, efficacy,
and sensory appeal.

In addition to her lab expertise, Natalie has served as Chair of the Intermountain West Chapter of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, where she led educational programming, community engagement, and fundraising initiatives. A natural educator and collaborator, she is passionate about mentoring others and sharing technical knowledge to support the advancement of cosmetic science.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Natalie bouldering in the mountains, exploring the outdoors with her Irish Setter, or channeling her creativity into sewing and stained glass art.
